Steve's practice focuses on the areas of estate planning and business law. Steve has over 20 years of experience providing businesses with the advice necessary to help them succeed, and counseling individuals and families with estate planning. Steve holds a Masters Degree in tax law and graduated from William Mitchell College of Law and the University of Dallas. Steve lives in St. Paul with his wife Katie and their three children. Steve gives generously of his time to activities that strengthen the community.

Karen K. Donohoo focuses her practice in the areas of estate planning and probate and trust administration, she also has extensive experience with guardianships and conservatorships. Karen is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and Hamline University Law School. Karen is a compassionate listener and lends an attentive ear to clients young and old. When not practicing law, Karen enjoys a variety of outdoor activities including soccer, running and tennis. Karen is an active member of her community serving as a Big Sister in the Big Brother Big Sister program, and volunteering on various committees and boards.
