Stephen E. Otto
Stephen E. Otto has been selected as a Super Lawyer by Minnesota Law & Politics magazine. Considered among the best in their profession by their peers, Super Lawyers represent less than five percent of the practicing attorneys in Minnesota.
Steve’s practice focuses on the areas of estate planning and business law. Steve has over 20 years of experience providing businesses with the advice necessary to help them succeed, and counseling individuals and families with estate planning. Steve works with businesses on issues such as: buy-sell agreements, business formation, mergers and acquisitions, succession planning and many other aspects of growing a successful business. Steve’s individual clients rely on him to care for their assets by assisting them with wills, revocable trusts and insurance trusts, family partnerships, charitable giving and related transactions.
Steve holds a Masters Degree in tax law and graduated from William Mitchell College of Law and the University of Dallas. Steve lives in St. Paul with his wife Katie and their three children. Steve gives generously of his time to activities that strengthen the community.

Karen K. Donohoo
Karen K. Donohoo’s practice focuses on the areas of estate planning, and probate and trust administration. Karen is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and Hamline University Law School.
Karen is a compassionate listener and lends an attentive ear to clients young and old. When not practicing law Karen enjoys a variety of outdoor activities including soccer, sailing and tennis. Karen is an active member of her community serving as a Sunday School teacher and a volunteer junior high soccer coach.
